Managing Stakeholder Networks

In many projects, we organize networking opportunities for the relevant stakeholders. These can be directed across sectors to diversity-focused organizations — within structures at the local, state, or federal level.

Projects

Networks, aimed at mutual benefit, ideally lead to

  • improving, focusing, and consolidating the services of individual units through coordination,

  • making them more visible

  • and attractive to their respective target groups.

Instead of developing offerings in isolation, there is the concentrated innovative power and impact of interconnected skills and services, brought about in a heterarchical and cooperative manner, motivated by a shared goal.

However, both identifying suitable network partners and mobilizing them are often quite challenging — the same applies to managing the cooperative alliance and coordinating effective collaboration.

We support managing stakeholder networks by

  • stakeholder analysis and the identification of network partner

  • Initiation and facilitation of network development

  • Designing the network structure and clarifying roles

  • Planning and managing network-building events, collaborative platforms, and their instruments

  • Facilitation of participation and exchange formats

If managing stakeholder network is primarily aimed at the professionalization of organizational units or associations, we also provide support through:
