Increasingly, participatory formats are being used in many design and decision-making processes to collaboratively develop needs-based and sustainable solutions and strategies by involving diverse stakeholder groups.

This applies not only to sustainability projects and initiatives addressing anti-discrimination, diversity, integration, or democratization, but also to internal projects related to leadership and organizational development within authorities.

We then design, plan, and facilitate participatory formats tailored to your local conditions, for example:

Vision and strategy workshops

Large-scale events (e.g., integration conferences, diversity days, etc.)

Steering committees and groups

Working groups and thematic forums for the involvement of experts and stakeholders

IMAP provided professional and competent support in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the online survey. In this way, IMAP successfully assisted us in updating our integration concept—a complex and sensitive process.

Our collaboration with IMAP was extremely focused, straightforward, and efficient. Mr. Klein and Ms. Guntram quickly understood our goals and implemented them in a clear and well-structured manner. IMAP was able to grasp the situation in Ingelheim quickly and accurately, and the online survey was precisely tailored to it. The exchange was always well-prepared and substantive.
