Methodically well-executed participatory formats require
a clear goal,
expectation management,
transparency and communication
as well as effective time and resource management.
Increasingly, participatory formats are being used in many design and decision-making processes to collaboratively develop needs-based and sustainable solutions and strategies by involving diverse stakeholder groups.
This applies not only to sustainability projects and initiatives addressing anti-discrimination, diversity, integration, or democratization, but also to internal projects related to leadership and organizational development within authorities.
