If needed, we also offer training for employees to serve as assessors — for example, in selection processes or potential assessments. Additionally, the Linc Personality Profiler (LPP) can be used ahead of candidate interviews to provide a scientifically grounded and nuanced analysis of key personality traits.

 

To ensure a strong fit between role, organization, and individual, the proactive approach of job crafting can also be a valuable tool. This method allows candidates to help shape their role in alignment with organizational requirements, so it better matches their personal strengths and needs.
