Feedback is a powerful tool for the development of employees and leaders, as well as for shaping organizational culture. It serves as an important catalyst for:

  • recognizing others' perspectives,
  • exchanging expectations,
  • correcting one’s self-perception, and
  • learning new patterns of behavior.

This may refer to feedback given by leaders to employees, but also to feedback from employees that influences the organization and leadership culture.

Projects

The implementation of feedback processes (especially 180-degree feedback) is therefore aimed at:

improving leadership performance in order to increase team productivity and reduce absenteeism,

enhancing employee satisfaction and reducing turnover rates,

securing your innovation and competitiveness through targeted competency management,

systematically developing leadership capabilities,

continuously aligning leadership culture and leadership principles.

Types of Feedback in Organizations

Through facilitated conversations, we support your teams in learning and practicing this demanding — yet teachable — form of communication. To ensure effective transfer into daily practice, we also provide practical materials and guides. Individual coaching sessions can be offered as needed.

We facilitate 90- to 360-degree feedback processes and support respectful, constructive communication.

Regularly conducted feedback conversations can contribute to a (feedback) culture that not only offers valuable individual learning opportunities, but also paves the way for the organization as a whole to become a learning organization.
