When the organizational design no longer supports strategy implementation, and leadership can no longer effectively manage its individual elements, a redesign becomes necessary.

The right strategy is the starting point. We have identified six elements that, according to our approach (see OSB Vienna), shape the organizational design. These elements are held together by the leadership system.

This is how we proceed:

1. We analyze the impact and logic of the existing design elements within the organizational structure.

2. Then, considering the strategy, we evaluate possible design options.

3. Afterwards, the redesign is developed across all six dimensions.

4. This is followed by a two-phase implementation (up to the transition, and after the transition), accompanied by a targeted development of anchors to embed the new elements in the organizational culture.
