The larger the planned strategic change, the more likely it is that the existing organizational culture is no longer seen as helpful for implementation. What once held everything together like glue now becomes a sticky barrier resisting change. It turns into an obstacle to execution. That’s exactly where we focus our efforts.

Projects

«Ready to unlock new power for your strategy through organizational culture?»

Our approach

To make existing obstacles within the organizational culture transparent and addressable across the entire company, a holistic approach is required, involving the following steps:

1. Evaluating the current organizational culture

(e.g., starting with the Culture Observation Tool)

2. Identifying contradictions and gaps arising from the new strategy

in the interaction of strategy, culture, and organizational design

3. Collaborative workshops

to develop a cultural target vision

4. Shaping the framework for change

focusing on three areas: organizational design, leadership, and teams

We approach our mission holistically. Our clients are supported by a strategy team, participatory facilitators, and leadership development experts. Coaches are also involved as needed. In particular, the fourth step is not linear but will be developed and adapted iteratively, step by step.

The Outcome

  • A clear and organization-wide shared understanding of the cultural mission statement and its impact on the strategy
  • Culture-aware transformations within the organization that are gradually initiated through iterative cycles, enabling sustainable embedding
  • Building future-ready skills through our training and coaching programs, complemented by offerings in agile and systemic organizational development
