We work both formatively (i.e., during the ongoing project cycle) and summatively (for accountability purposes); at different stages—ex-ante, during implementation, and ex-post; with varying focuses, such as process or impact evaluation; and in collaboration with experts from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.
Results orientation:
At the conclusion of an evaluation, we present findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Depending on the assignment, we can also develop the recommendations collaboratively and support you in planning their implementation.
