Components for greater equity
In our consulting approach, we combine subject-matter expertise in anti-discrimination, anti-racism, interculturality, integration, and diversity orientation with systemic organisational consulting. This is why we work with a critical awareness of discrimination and a sensitivity to diversity, as part of a team that itself reflects diversity. We focus on holistic interdependencies, developing robust frameworks for action and practical solutions together with federal, regional, and public authorities, as well as civil society organisations.
