AI, Teams, and Leadership

Artificial intelligence is transforming collaboration, roles, and the very concept of leadership. It calls for new skills, new ways of working together—and a culture that encourages learning and experimentation. Building an AI-savvy organization is only possible when teams and leaders actively shape the change.

Systematic AI Training

We support you with tailored AI training programs based on our AI Competency Model. Our five competency areas are offered to the different target groups in your organization with varying levels of depth and focus — for example, using different modules for AI users than for leaders, multipliers, or AI developers.

On the one hand, the modules provide foundational knowledge about the principles, functioning, terminology, and mechanisms of artificial intelligence (Understanding). The breadth and depth of these modules naturally vary depending on the respective target audience.

In addition, it is essential to build application-oriented know-how (Collaborating) that fits the specific work contexts and enables people to work effectively with AI agents.

It is also important that the creative engagement with AI solutions is not left solely to experts, but becomes an integral part of every AI user’s skill set (Designing). This fosters a continuous improvement process that gradually refines the use of AI in everyday work.

Equally important is the awareness of ethical, security-related, and regulatory boundaries when working with AI (Managing).
They provide the framework for responsible use.

Finally, critical reflection (Reflecting) on the use of AI and its contributions is an essential part of a mature understanding of competence.
This reflection takes place at varying levels of depth and with different degrees of design focus — always with the goal of fostering a purposeful, adaptive, and conscious approach to AI.

Our AI competence model focuses on five areas: understanding, collaborating, designing, managing and reflecting.

Together with our clients, we develop structural, scalable learning formats that aim for sustainable transformation – not just short-term training success.

AI Learning Journey
- Learn collaboratively, experiment, and create value.

For organizations or organizational units that want to explore and experience AI firsthand with expert guidance, we design learning journeys:
short, interdisciplinary formats in which teams work over several weeks on real AI scenarios.
The goal is not merely to get to know the tools, but to build shared understanding, experiment, and put ideas into practice — for example, by developing a hybrid team that collaborates with AI agents.

Goals of the AI Learning Journey

  • Team-based exchange to develop tailored organizational solutions
  • A structured, compact learning cycle focused on experimentation
  • Rapid integration of AI solutions into daily work routines
  • Strengthening trust and competence in working with AI

Leadership That Makes Transformation Work

A special focus is placed on leaders. They shape how openly and effectively AI is adopted and used within the organization. In dedicated training modules, we support them in rethinking leadership for the age of AI:
How does decision-making responsibility change?
How can leaders maintain direction when AI becomes part of core processes?
And how can hybrid teams — made up of people and intelligent systems — be led in ways that foster trust, creativity, and performance?
